OUR MISSION: To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.
For 35 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County (BGCAA) has filled the gap between school and home, serving more than 3,500 young people each year through membership and community outreach. BGCAA is dedicated to ensuring that the community's youth and teens have greater access to quality programs and services that will enhance and shape their futures.
BGCAA's seven Clubhouses are strategically located inside or near communities with a significant concentration of poverty, including Low/Moderate Income and Subsidized Housing Communities. Many of our members come from under-resourced communities where they face obstacles that others do not.
Each Club provides youth ages 6 to 18 with welcoming, positive environments in which they have fun, participate in life-changing programs, and build supportive relationships with peers and caring adults. Our Club on the Go mobile program serves areas of the county that do not currently have a physical Club.
