The Boys & Girls Club of NWNJ will continue to be committed to the expansion of its membership, programs and facilities. Remaining true to the mission, the Boys & Girls Club of Wayne will develop programs that support the youth of Wayne educationally, athletically and socially by:
Being a source of pride for the youth of Wayne and have a place in the heart of every member of the Community.
Increasing our facilities through expansion, acquisition or partnering.
Offering life enhancing programs that allow our youth to achieve their dreams.
Providing qualified, skilled and diverse staff and volunteers.
Becoming the pre-eminent youth development organization in New Jersey.
