The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Permian Basin operated in the cities of Midland & Odessa. We provide a supportive environment for young people ages 6-18 outside of school & during summer. Our focus on affordability, safety, positivity, engagement, and enrichment mirrors our commitment to creating a space where children can thrive and develop. With an emphasis on helping disadvantaged kids, we recognize the importance of addressing the unique challenges they may face. By prioritizing affordability, we are working toward inclusivity and accessibility; ensuring economic barriers do not limit a child's participation.
Holding true to the founding core beliefs of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, underscores our commitment to holistic development. The emphasis on providing a safe and secure environment reflects an understanding of the importance of physical and emotional well-being in the learning process. Encouraging relationships with caring and professional adults acknowledges the important role positive adult influences play in a child's life. Life-enriching programs and character development opportunities align with the idea of providing a well-rounded education that goes beyond academic learning. We layer in art, community learning activities, literacy support, team building, cooking clubs, dance and music programming along with many other self learning options for our kids.
