Since Bravo’s 2006 founding, over 5,000 area children and teens have been cast in Bravo's musical theatre productions. A typical Bravo cast includes youth from at least 40 different schools in the Mid State area. Young musicians have performed to packed houses of friends and family, youth have gathered to write and perform improvisational skits, artistic youth have gone out into the community to give back by performing at The Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, local festivals, and Autism Speaks.

Teens and children have assembled to rehearse for more than 70 main stage productions produced by Bravo including story book classics like Peter Pan, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Oliver and Broadway musicals like The Lion King, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Annie, Willy Wonka, Seussical, Godspell, Shrek, Bye Bye Birdie, Once Upon a Mattress, Elf, and the Tennessee premiere of Disney's The Little Mermaid.

Bravo is fortunate to have the support of a giving community who helps to sew costumes, build sets, and create props. Bravo has also been acknowledged by the community with honors including Best Live Theater, Best Youth Arts Program, and Best Youth Music Instruction. We strive to empower youth through the arts, helping them to find their voice, preparing them for challenges both on and off stage. It is our goal to establish a welcoming, safe, artistic home for youth where they are known and feel acceptance, where they can create with peers, make friends, and have fun!
