Please allow us to introduce ourselves.  We are the Breanne Sleater Memorial Foundation, a non-profit foundation that was started by her family and friends. Our Foundation is working to raise funds to help Dr. Hammer and his team at the University of Michigan with further research of Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma.

Breanne Sleater was diagnosed with Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma in 2014 at the age of 24. Dr. Hammer was the lead doctor on Breanne's team during her battle against ACC, and he was able to give her more time with us through his dedicated research into what makes this particular disease so deadly. Sadly, she became an angel on October 22, 2016.

We appreciate any donation you could provide. 100% of the money that is donated goes directly to the University of Michigan hospital research team. We will provide our tax # for any donations over $250. 501 (c) (3) Tax # 83-3321474.

 

It is our hope that one day Dr. Hammer will be able to find a cure. Until that day comes, we wish to provide the funding needed to him and his team to do research and hopefully give families more time together.
