Brentwood Veterans Memorial Building Mission - “We pledge to continue our solemn duty to dedicate this Memorial Hall as a monument for all those veterans who gave the last full measure, to honor the memories of those who have gone before and to provide for those yet to come.”
For nearly a century, the Brentwood Veterans Memorial Building (BVMB) has stood as a beacon of community spirit, extending its warmth and hospitality far beyond the confines of its veteran roots. Beyond its role as a memorial and meeting place for veterans, the hall has served as a vital lifeline for the entire community, especially for those in lower-income and minority groups who may lack access to more expensive venues.
The funds raised from our efforts will help us render assistance to the community as well as to Veterans, present and former, and their families, widows and orphans. We voluntarily aid local charitable and community service activities. These efforts and activities include Toys for Tots, providing Honor Guards for memorial services, Color Guards for community events, the sending of care packages to our forces overseas, maintenance our 99 year old veterans memorial hall, support local Cub Scout Packs and support for wounded veterans in local VA facilities through the BVMB's Heroes program.
