Our mission: To be committed to strengthening our community and to improve the lives of our clients by delivering excellent behavioral health services tailored to meet their needs.
Bridges Community Services provides licensed, master’s level counselors to nursing home and assisted living facilities to give confidential counseling for depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment difficulties, and other challenges. We also have a clinic serving residents of all ages in Murrieta, CA.
