Our organization falls under PTA Texas Congress 4686 which explains why our IRS Determination Letter is listed as PTA Texas Congress.

We would like to invite your business to partner with Brookwood Elementary PTA to support the school's PTA Carnival and Silent Auction, which will take place on February 26th, 2022. The annual carnival and auction are the largest fundraiser for the school and funds raised at this event help us support student programs in the school such as after school clubs, equipment for science labs, music and arts programs, and much more.

We hope that you will consider providing a sponsorship donation or a donation for the silent auction, which have included items such as tickets to an event, gift certificates, gift baskets, etc. I have a letter that provides more detail on how the PTA uses funds raised to support the school and students, as well as the various ways for the community businesses to donate and help support these events.
