Mission: The mission of Brown Ballerinas for Change (BBFC) is to help create advocacy, social justice, and to increase participation of ballet in underrepresented communities.
Vision: Brown ballerinas are change agents. We are dancer-led and our purpose is to use ballet to promote activism, social justice, and to increase diversity through dance arts. We strive for representation, equity, and inclusivity to empower youth by providing performance and leadership opportunities, scholarships, workshops, and community programs to break down barriers to ballet.
