Dear Community Partner,

I am reaching out on behalf of the Parent Teacher Association {PTA} at Burning Tree Elementary School {BTES}, a public school in Bethesda, MD. We invite you to donate an item or experience to our annual auction taking place on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Clyde’s Chevy Chase.

This event represents one of the most significant fundraisers for BTES, and we are gathering unique experiences and auction items from local businesses like yours to ensure its success. By contributing to our auction, not only will you gain valuable exposure to our school community, but you will also play a direct role in supporting the 485 students who attend BTES.

Contributing to our event provides an excellent opportunity to increase your visibility in the local community while making a lasting impact. The proceeds from the auction directly benefit vital programs and services at BTES, including —
