CSEF, founded over 20 years ago, is an independent parent-managed 501(c)(3) charitable organization providing opportunities to the students at California Elementary School beyond the reach of limited public-school budgets. The Foundation is dedicated to providing additional curriculum in the areas of art, technology, and science that would otherwise be unavailable to the students during their crucial first six years of school. CSEF raises funds through a variety of donations, fundraisers, and events throughout the year including the Gala, Cougar Cup and our annual 4th of July Fireworks booth. These generous donations from our Cougar families, friends, and local businesses in our community, have enabled CSEF to fund much-needed supplies and an instructor for our technology lab; invest in our science department; fund our music department, which includes our Show Choir and Band programs; and bring additional curriculum and educational opportunities to the campus. These critical and enriching programs that improve our students’ abilities to master education standards are not possible without your support.
