California Youth Services (CYS) is dedicated to providing education, assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling services to support families in addressing challenges related to substnace abuse, behavioral health, and mental health struggles.
We are able to acheive our mission thru several of our programs in CYS.
JADE (Juvenile Alcohol & Drug Education): A premier educational program designed to engage youth and their families in addressing substance use. Rooted in the 12-step philosophy, JADE focuses on early intervention and provides comprehensive educational experience for both adolescents and their parents.
ATS (Alternative to Suspension): This program provides an alternative to traditional school suspensions, offering at-risk students a more constructive path to school reintgration. The ATS program is typically paired with JADE for a holistic approach to addressing behavioral issues.
Pathways Community Counseling (PCCC): Established in 2010. PCCC provides comprehensive counseling services to individuals of all ages, with a focus on mental health, emotional stress, and societal pressures impacting students' well-being
Drug Testing Program: CYS offers monitered and unmonitored drug services to local schools, helping to create safer, healthier environments for youth and giving parents and school administrators a critical tool for addressing substance abuse.
