We are a foster care support non-profit serving 22 counties in South Georgia. At Called to Care, it’s our mission to educate and equip our community partners and volunteers to meet the needs of vulnerable children. To date, we’ve helped 13,500 children affected by foster care, and our work continues — not just for our community, but for the children growing up in it. With your help, we can positively impact children’s lives by offering love, support, and the family they need.
While Called to Care was first started as a reaction to great need, over the years, we have transformed our communities into proactive service to not just “fill the gaps,” but to truly anticipate family needs and meet those through community collaboration. Today, Called to Care is working in 6 focus areas: Foster Care Awareness and Support, Adoption Awareness and Grants, Mission Trip Awareness and Grants, Foster Care Youth Programs, Case Manager Support, and Trauma Informed Education.
