Cambridge Elementary is proud to be part of the long-standing tradition of educational
excellence of the Alamo Heights Independent School District. We will host the 34th annual Balloonfest Spring Carnival!
All proceeds from this event allow the Cambridge PTO to support the students, families
and teachers of our school. These dollars go to fund classroom essentials such as books,
supplies, science equipment, field trips, professional development and many other
educational tools that the students and teachers of Cambridge use every day, as well as

programs such as Snack Pak 4 Kids and Cambridge Cares. Each year the AHISD commu-
nity sends part of our collected property taxes to the state as part of the school finance

system. A majority of these dollars do not return to our district, making the support of
our community vital to maintaining our high standards of educational excellence.
