Camp Makhaseh - originally known as Camp-Bring-A-Friend, began in 1990, with a vision to reach children in the Greater Niagara community that would not likely have the opportunity to attend summer camp. This has been accomplished over the past years as campers have come to us through organizatinos such as Big Brothers and Big sisters, Niagara Life Centre, F.A.C.S and more. As you can imagine, much fundraising must be done to provide this experience. Since we strive to offer our service to those who are less fortunate, it has become our mandate to offer our camp experioence at the most affordalbe rate possible. It is alos our practice to ensure low leader to camper ratio to allow for more personal connection between leaders and kids.
Any assistance by way of producet noations or financial support will truly be appreciated, and will also go along way in helping us with our goal of provideing an affordable camp experience. If you decide to contribute, it is our intention to advertise and promote your organization throughout these fundraising events / silent auction, and in any other way we can.
