Camp Wartburg is a retreat center and summer camp facility that invites youth, adults, and families of all backgrounds to encounter God’s creation through nature-centered ministry and activities. It is a Christ-centered environment that serves more than 15,000 people annually through our overnight summer camps, summer day camp program, outdoor education events, facility rentals, retreats, after-school program and various other events.
As a ministry of Lutheran Child and Family Services, Camp Wartburg provides the opportunity for underprivileged children in southern Illinois and the St. Louis Metro Area with overnight camp scholarships throughout the summer.
