Canadian Mental Health Association, Niagara branch provides free mental health and addiction services across the region to individuals 16 years and older (and we work with younger clients who would be transitioning into adult services as well). Our programs include same-day counselling services, specialized employment programs, short term residential Safe Beds, Ontario Structured Psychotherapy, Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team, Court Diversion, Supportive and Transitional Housing support, and education. In 2022 we served 7,830 individuals with an additional 8,526 telephone interactions.

With a mission to strengthen mental wellness in our community, we believe that early access and intervention is imperative to supporting the resiliency and recovery of those experiencing mental health concerns. With the right supports, their lives can, and do, get better.
