I am with the Canterbury Woods Elementary PTA in Annandale, VA. In addition to serving students in our local community, our school is also the Deaf and Hard of Hearing center school for all of Fairfax County and an Advanced Academics Placement (AAP) center. We serve 800+ students and have a diverse student body. Our PTA provides funding for classroom supplies, author visits, curriculum nights for families, field trip transportation, special grade level activities, and more.
