The mission of this organization is to grant healthy food access to those who would normally be left out. Things like healthy food stores are most times put in communites that have no trouble getting to supermarkets or can better afford the more expensive, healthy foods. Capital Roots' main purpose is to make healthy foods both accessible and affordable for all people. We also make it a point to be present in communities that are unfortunately considered to be food deserts or low income communities and cannot travel to the markets by the form of our Veggie Mobile and Veggie Mobile Sprout
