Care Connections Network is a vibrant community-building organization for older adults, 50 and over, who share their skills, support and expertise with each other to navigate the challenges and opportunities of aging. We empower older adults by offering monthly educational seminars, planning monthly social and cultural events, supplying referrals to service providers and community organizations, and administering a volunteer program that provides additional assistance. Our mission is to help our members live lives of purpose and promise - to Age. Better.
