The Exchange Club-Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse is a non-profit agency with locations throughout West Tennessee. The mission of the Carl Perkins Center is to provide support to families in preventing and dealing with child abuse in West Tennessee, and to help both parents and children meet the practical needs of preserving and improving the quality of family life.
Services include child advocacy, crisis intervention, case management, community education and awareness, parent training, a Victims of Crime Assistance program for children, a Relative Caregiver Program, a 24 Hour Hotline, and emergency assistance through a clothing closet and a food pantry.
