Carol's Kitchen, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 charity that has served over 800,000 meals since it began operations in 1998, providing meals to the hungry in the communities of Beaumont, Banning, Cabazon and San Jacinto in Southern California. Today, our 145 volunteers operate eight kitchens a week at four locations and serve an average of 5,000 hot meals per month. We also provide fresh groceries for our guests to take home and maintain a "clothes closet" for those in need of clothing. In addition to serving the hungry in these communities, we also serve communities of homebound seniors, homebound veterans, homebound special needs and Opportunity Village for the homeless.
