Our mission is to: •Promote, support, service, and enhance the Caroline High School Football Program and its coaches. Examples include assistance with team meals, fundraising, activities, and school spirit in a professional manner. •Promote positive attitudes, work ethic, discipline, and sportsmanship. •Provide financial, physical, and emotional support and service for the Caroline High School Football Program.
We are looking for In-kind donations to auction off to raise money for new uniforms that must be purchased before this coming season.
My name is Laura Marks. I am the sponsorship director for the Caroline Cavaliers Football Club, and I’m reaching out to you again this year (2023) to help make a big impact on our community again this year. I know it’s a little early, but we wanted to try and get on your budget for the 2023 donation budget again this year. The Caroline Cavaliers Football Club has been supporting Caroline High School football since 2019. We are a volunteer-run, 501c3 nonprofit organization that operates year-round to help kids play football and be successful here locally.
Over the past 3 years, we have been able to provide pregame meals, halftime snacks, end-of-game snacks, fueling station for the players, equipment, 7-on-7 uniforms, 70 pairs of black shorts for our players, Breast Cancer awareness wear, building maintenance, end-of-season banquets, Christmas parade materials, senior banners, trailer to haul equipment to away games, hitch lock, wheel lock, door lock, Sports Scope/Edge game filming equipment, porta phones for coach communications, upgraded Handy cameras, iPad for Recording/ Storage of film, weight room signage, 7-on-7 registration fees, refrigerator for the locker room to hold drinks and snacks, and many other needs of the coaches and players. Continued support from businesses is critical to help our organization continue to grow and operate.
Our goal is to raise enough money this year for our teams to get new uniforms and equipment. This can be achieved through increased sponsorships and donations of any amount. We need to purchase practice and workout equipment to replace old, broken equipment, as well as add needed items that we do not have. We are not only looking for monetary donors, but we are also looking for donors and sponsors that can provide merchandise for raffle, gift cards, equipment, uniforms, and printing for players' clothing (ie: workout gear, jerseys, programs, etc.). We need to raise a lot of money to help our team achieve this goal.
