As part of the School Sister of Notre Dame family, the Caroline Center is a workforce program developed by women, for women. We offer resources and training to women who will most benefit from it, and we produce successful and highly qualified professionals. Our programs are set up to not only educate women in their chosen professional fields, but also prepare them for the workforce by equipping them with collaboration, time management, adaptability, and more essential skills that are important for career growth and help enhance workplace productivity.
At the Caroline Center. We strive to influence the trajectory of the lives of women in our community, and subsequently influence the economic well-being and vitality of Baltimore City.
