The Foundation’s unduplicated Collaborative Mission is comprised of three distinct components:

2. Advocacy-Awareness-Action

3. Mental Health and encouragement of kids in the Battle

The Carson Leslie Foundation serves as an active voice for children and families battling pediatric cancer. The Foundation encourages through patient programs, raises awareness to inspire action, and provides funding for critical initiatives fighting childhood cancer. Best put by a family with a 14-year old son fighting cancer: "We were lost and alone, fighting to save our son's life and preserve our family. During our darkest days, the Carson Leslie Foundation gave useful and happy memoires we could have never experienced with our son. They gave us joy, love and support."

Carson was a stellar athlete, so throughout his treatment he connected and garnered support from amazing athletes around the world.  He was an honorary Dallas Cowboy, sat in Michael Young’s  Suite for the World Series, visited with Clayton Kershaw and when the Yankees were in town, he would sit with Derek Jeter during batting practice.   A gymnasium was built in his honor at Covenant School in Dallas and his #3 jersey was retired.  He fought life with an athlete’s heart.
