Mission Statement
We, the men and women of Cary-Grove Youth Baseball and Softball, dedicate
ourselves to serving the baseball and softball players from our communities.
We pledge to work diligently to achieve the goals of this great organization.
We take our responsibilities seriously while realizing our decisions shape the
future of our organization. To guide our decisions, we will always consider the
following questions in order of importance:
• How does this affect our organization?
• How does this affect my division?
• How does this affect my team?
• How does this affect my child?
We intend to inspire others by always leading by example while embodying the
spirit of selfless service. We will not forget, nor will we allow each other to forget,
our primary focus is the growth and development of the players.
