CASA of Caroline provides trained volunteer advocates for children in the Caroline County foster care system through no fault of their own. We recruit and train volunteers who advocate for the best interest of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and/or neglect. They are often the only stable, consitent adult in the child's life.
