Catholic Charities, Inc. is an organization that serves the needs of thousands of people throughout the 13-county diocese of Erie without regard to religion, race, or national origin. With 7 agencies currently in our network, we provide meals and shelter for the homeless; counseling and case management services; emergency relief for families in need of housing, utility assistance or food. We have soup kitchens and food pantries, serving the poorest among us. Catholic Charities, Inc. relies on funds raised throughout the year to support these agencies who do not have the capacity to fundraise on their own or may operate in communities that lack strong philanthropic resources. In 2020, for example, we provided support that reached more than 25,000 individuals across 13 counties in Northwestern PA.
