Catholic Charities honors the dignity of life with programs and services that create pathways out of poverty, heal and comfort the sick, strengthen families, feed the hungry and welcomes the newcomers.
Assisting individuals and families in crisis – from all walks of life and backgrounds – is at the core of Catholic Charities NH’s mission and work. It’s what we’ve been doing every day for the past 75 years. While COVID-19 presents a whole new set of unpredictable challenges, we are equipped and ready to work tirelessly in easing the burden and hardship for those who need it most. CCNH provides direct assistance, on a case-by-case basis, to help the state’s most vulnerable populations navigate unprecedented times of crisis and position them towards long-term stability.
