Bridge To Independence is a program run through Catholic Social Services.  BTI houses up to 8 residents, and is designed to help young adults strive in society.  Our residents are homeless, and have mental health diagnosis. 

Program Description

 Catholic Social Services will provide transitional housing for 8 young adults, ages 18-26. Individual rooms will be fully furnished and meeting rooms and recreational areas will be shared by facility residents, their guests and supportive service providers. The office area and the study room will provide space for residents to meet with case managers. Catholic Social Services will provide necessary services to ensure ongoing operation of the facility. The facility will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
