Cedar House Life Change Center is dedicated to improving the lives of those suffering from Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorders by providing high quality, evidence-based, therapeutic clinical treatment along with a full continuum of care, while educating and engaging the community through open communication and outreach activities. We envision achieving healing and wholeness for individuals, families and communities.
