I am contacting you on the behalf of the Cedar Point Elementary School PTO, a local based nonprofit serving the needs of students in Prince William County. I am looking for a donation that could be raffled off to our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week.National Teacher Appreciation Week is celebrated May 6-10, 2019. This annual event provides a fantastic opportunity to recognize the great contributions our teachers make. Teachers are the backbone of our community. They are the front line meeting the needs of our children each and every day. They are there for our children with a smile, extra hug, snack if needed and knowledge to give.

 

This year’s theme is “You’re the Sweetest!”  Parents are currently busy planning the week-long event. Each year, we try to honor our wonderful teachers and their amazing support staff with daily food treats, door prizes, and spirit themed decorations. 

 

Your company can help us make this week a success in one or more ways by providing a gift card, raffle item, or funds in the form of a grant to be used to purchase food items. The CPES PTO is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 corporation; so, all donations are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. Our Tax ID Number is: 82-1736037.  All sponsors will be acknowledged on materials handed out and posted in the hallways, Teacher’s Lounge, and on the PTO Website and Social Media pages.
