Cedar Valley Hospice is the expert in providing hospice care for individuals facing a life-limiting diagnosis. We also offer specialized services for grieving adults and youth, palliative care for those facing a life-threatening illness, and free and confidential medical case management for those living with HIV.

Focusing on every patient and family member we meet allows Cedar Valley Hospice to create an atmosphere for end-of-life and grief that is supportive and unique to each individual. We continue to meet the unique needs of individuals with advanced-stage illnesses, their families, and those who grieve with our staff of over 130 professionals and 450 volunteers.
