Celina YoungLife is a youth outreach located in the North Dallas metroplx! YoungLife is a global nonprofit which focuses on outreach to a variety of different groups including middle school and high school students, special needs, college kids and even teen moms! This gives youth a place where they belong and positive leaders and adults to pour into their lives! Three years ago, in Celina we launched WyldLife, which is for 6th-8th grade students and we’ve grown drastically over the last 3 years! So much so that we are launching YoungLife for the high school in the fall! We have a group of leaders who have a common love for pouring into youth and loving them without an agenda. We host a variety of events from Club's, Campaigners (Bible studies) and Camp throughout the year. We also have a goal to go where kids are going, football games, schools, other sporting events, choir concerts, lunchrooms, Starbucks, you name it and we try to be there. It’s important for us to show up on their turf and build life giving friendships!
Today, Young Life is a global organization with local focus. You'll find Young Life leaders from diverse cultures, nationalities and backgrounds in over 100 countries around the world.
With the rapid growth in our community and the amount of youth looking to be involoved it is a goal of ours to keep up with the growth, which is where y'all come in!! Donations/prizes to help us raise funds to make these events possible is needed to reach more youth in our local community of Celina, Texas!
