To enhance the education, welfare, and safety of the entire CLES student body: to promote child/family welfare and safety awareness in the community; to increase awareness of and provide support to the special education community within CLES; to promote a healthy environment where children of all abilities and challenges are accepted; and by doing so, to help enhance the educational experience for the whole CLES community.
