Person-Centered Coaching and Education Through coaching and experiential learning, we work alongside individuals with disabilities using a straightforward, person-centered approach to support them in living full and independent lives.
Community-Based Supported Housing We address one of the most important and least satisfied needs of people with disabilities: affordable, safe, and inclusive housing in their community, near family, loved ones, and friends, with access to transportation, jobs, shopping, services, and entertainment.
Inclusive Community Building We encourage people with different gifts and talents to band together, reach out for mutual support, form communities, and create the conditions for all to thrive.
