The mission of CentraCare Health - Long Prairie is to improve the health of every patient, every day.
CentraCare Health - Long Prairie will be hosting the 22nd Annual Golf Scramble on July 17, 2018, at the Long Prairie Country Club in Long Prairie, MN. Our goal is to raise $25,000 which will be designated to provide two $500 college scholarships for local high school students pursuing health care careers, fund the "Reach out and Read" program which promotes early literacy and school rediness by making books and reading aloud as a standard part of pediatric primary care, and funding will be designated to the Regional Community Well-Being Center which will provide a space for programs, services and amenities designed to promote healthy lifestyles for all ages.
