Chai Lifeline Canada staff and more than 600 volunteers support families when their entire world is suddenly and dramatically turned upside down due to serious or terminal illness. Chai Lifeline takes a holistic view of the family, offering support not only for the child affected by illness, but also for siblings in need of attention and parents simply trying to cope under the pressure. When a parent of a child falls ill, the needs of young children cannot be ignored. In these situations, Chai Lifeline provides acts of kindness and desperately needed help when life seems to be falling apart.
