The Charity League of Martinsville and Henry County started in 1931 and is comprised of a network of over 400 active and sustainer women. Some of the money raised by the Charity League of Martinsville and Henry County has gone to educational scholarships, Missoula Theatre, Boys & Girls Club, Girls on the Run, 4H Summer Camps, YMCA, Cops Kids & Clothes, Grace Network, Smart Beginnings, Piedmont Arts, Martinsville Library and more. All funds raised support programs and events that promote the health, wellness, and/or education of children and youth in Martinsville and Henry County.
