Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care cares for patients and families in Chautauqua County facing serious illnesses. When a person receives a diagnosis they do not understand, Chautauqua Hospice makes the most of their remaining precious time. We do this by listening compassionately, assisting with care, and anticipating disease progression. Our goal is to bring comfort, dignity, and control to every patient and every family. For 40 years we have been providing compassionate care to the residents of Chautauqua County. We consider it a privilege to help guide people on their journey.
