The Cherry Valley Public Library began as a village library on April 19, 1977. We are located in Winnebago County and serve a population of 13,894. The mission of the library is to be a place where everyone can gather, read, learn, create and connect. We offer high quality and diverse collections, programs and services to meet the ever-changing needs of our community and beyond. We honor the library's traditions while being innovative and open to new ideas, initiatives and change.
