The Chester PTO is a parent teacher oragnization with its purpose to serve the children of dickerson ( and their pre K program) and Bragg elementarys as well as Black River middle school. Chester PTO provides programs, activities, and rescourses for the school in order to provide an academically enriched and well rounded education focusing on the child as a whole (academically, social and emotional development). The Chester PTO serves 600 children and 200 teachers.
