The Child Development Institute (CDI) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) Tax exempt organization that has been serving children and families in the San Fernando since 1995. Our federal ID# is 95-4545540. Over the years, CDI has played an important role in the developmental health of countless children and families by providing free developmental assessments, early intervention and training through our Early Learning Centers (ELC). During the COVID-19 pandemic we increased our outreach even further to provided virtual parenting classes, Supermarket gift cards, food, diapers, backpacks and other necessities to families in need.
