The mission of the Child Protection Response Center is to use evidence-based best practices to provide a physically and emotionally safe environment for the children we serve, including a multi-disciplinary approach to child abuse assessment, intervention, investigation, and prosecution.
The Child Protection Response Center is a non-profit organization established to provide prevention, assessment, treatment, and referral services for abused, maltreated, and/or traumatized children and their families in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas.
CPRC offers medical exams and forensic interviews for children and dependent adults with allegations of abuse and/or neglect, courtroom testimony, in-depth psychosocial assessments of children and families, and child advocate services including support for resources and referral.
CPRC also specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and adolescents with behavioral, mental, and developmental disorders. Our office accepts all children regardless of ability to pay and over 70% of our child and adolescent population is covered under Medicaid / Title 19.
