Childhood Cancer Connection is a local 501(c)3 organization that supports children and their families treated for cancer and blood disorders at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. Through donations and fundraisers, the organization creates positive experiences and provides several types of outings and support for our patients and their siblings from diagnosis through remission. Year-round programs include a week-long summer camp, The Rainbow Connection, parent conferences, bereavement support, continuing education, a trip to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a holiday party for families to celebrate life and experience a winter wonderland.
