We empower child abuse victims, their families and our community through education, healing and justice.  Children’s Advocacy Center for North Texas and our partners are the front-line responders to reports of child sexual abuse in Denton County and Wise County. We are the only non-profit organization that uses a unified approach to provide education, healing and justice to children, families and our community.

Children’s Advocacy Center for North Texas and our Multi-disciplinary partners provide critical, no-cost victim services to child victims ages 0-17 and their non-offending family members in English and Spanish. Child abuse occurs regardless of gender, racial identity, socioeconomic status, and family type. After a child participates in a forensic interview as part of an open investigation, the family is referred for victim services including family advocacy services and evidence-based, trauma-informed counseling. We are the ONLY organization in Denton, Wise, and Jack counties to offer these wraparound services when a child becomes a victim of a felony.
