Children's Friend is the innovative leader in improving the well-being and healthy development of Rholde Island's most vulnerable young children. We operate Early Head Start, Head Start and WIC. We also offer adoption, foster care, help for families with substance abuse, counseling, assistance for children with developmental delays and other welfare and early childhood services. We serve families who live under the poverty level.
