CAMOC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of advancing the appreciation of Chinese American culture through exhibitions, education, and research, and preserving the past, present, and future of Chinese Americans primarily in the Midwest. As you may know, Illinois is the first state in the nation to require the teaching of Asian American history in public schools. As the only Chinese American museum in the Midwest, CAMOC proudly served over 6000 visitors from June 2022 to May 2023.
