CHOSA: Children of South Africa is an LA-based nonprofit that, for nearly two decades, has raised funds locally to support community-based early childcare centers, orphanages, and after-school programs in some of Cape Town’s poorest communities. We ensure that children in need have access to educational enrichment, nutritious meals, safe housing, and developmental activities, using a grassroots approach which ensures the empowerment and autonomy of the local communities.
