Incarnation Academy is proud to present our 2023 School Auction Party at the George W Bush Presidential Library & Museum! Sponsorships are even more crucial to the success of the event, which raised more than $50,000 in 2019 for capital projects and facility improvements. We will be hosting a VIP Reception for sponsors with private access to the museum followed by a Texas themed cocktail hour and live music from Ray Johnston Band. There will be a curated online auction open the night of the event as well. All auction proceeds will go towards the same beneficiary fund.
Our main fundraising goals for this year are;
1) To purchase items from teacher wish lists that will improve our classrooms in any way we can by stocking them to specific curriculum, teacher, and student needs.
2) To enhance security at building entrances and hire additional security personnel.
3) To create a more efficient workspace for administrative offices.
4) To contribute a generous amount to the teacher appreciation fund providing for school staff and teacher salary assistance at the end of each semester.
Corporate and Individual sponsorships are not only an investment in the education of more than 250 young children, but also a chance for marketing at the event and throughout the year to hundreds of local families.
